- Atlassian Guard: One of the two developers who developed the MVP of the Data Loss Prevention framework for Jira.
- As a team, we then integrated this framework into various features in Jira, which included developing APIs with 10ms latency for upstream services.
- To support DLP in Jira Search, we needed 5ms latency. I was one of the three developers responsible for designing and re-architecting this framework.
- Issue Transition: To improve the performance and customer satisfaction (CSAT) of issue transition in Jira, I was responsible for developing the Low-Level Design (LLD) for new GraphQL-based APIs.
- I was responsible for the base implementation of the LLD and enabling a high-level test case framework. With this setup, the development time per field was reduced from 10 days to 5-6 days.
- jira.new: As a feature lead, I enabled the shortcut domain to create issues in Jira, enhancing the CSAT score by more than 5% by reducing the number of user clicks.
